Is the Grotto SEN friendly?
We aim to make the Grotto a magical experience for everyone.
All of our elves use Makaton, and we recommend booking early or late time slots (9am–10am or 4pm–5pm), as these tend to be quieter.
This year, we’re also hosting a dedicated SEN Day on December 12th, featuring additional adjustments such as softer lighting, quieter music and smaller group sessions to create a more relaxed and supportive environment.
