Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Both online and in-store purchases must be returned within 30 days.
  • To return online sale items, you have 14 days to notify us. If you are unable to return in-store, please contact us for alternative return options.
  • For debit/credit refunds, the cardholder must be present. Otherwise, the purchase will be refunded onto an Almondsbury Credit note.
  • Gifts bought for Christmas can be returned up to 10 days after Christmas Day.
  • Almondsbury Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date they were issued.
  • Our hardy plants are sold with a Two-Year Guarantee. Should your plant fail, simply return it with proof of purchase and we will happily offer you a refund or replacement.
  • Items returned in a multi-buy offer will be refunded at the lowest multi-buy price. If you do not have a receipt, we will require a bank statement with the time, date and value to be located.
  •  For online returns, you have 14 days from the day you notify us to return your items via your chosen method. Once received back on site, the online return will be sent back to the original payment method.
  • Please note, we will only refund the delivery charge if the whole order is damaged or faulty. Please contact us to organise a refund or replacement.
  • We do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy.
